Server Configuration Management with Vagrant & Puppet

This session will be an introduction to Puppet and Chef, as well as the world of configuration management. Puppet and Chef are open source tools that allow developers and system administrators to test and manage their servers. Vagrant is a powerful tool that allows for the creation of VM's through VirtualBox and provision them with Puppet or Chef. I will cover managing a number of different pieces of infrastructure. We will write a Puppet manifest and test our new virtual machine.
